During this initial consultation, your Physio will undergo a thorough assessment to get to know you and your injury and build a plan to get you back to 100% you.
Together we will develop a treatment plan and devise goals to ensure you get out of the sessions exactly what you want.
During this session, your Physio will guide you through exercises or movements to help facilitate recovery as well as perform hands on therapy to get you moving pain free.

These follow up sessions will be based off the the treatment plan that you and your Physio developed in the initial session.

An individualised, one on one session with a personal trainer that will be specifically designed to meet your needs and goals.
Your trainer and Physio will work together to devise a training plan to ensure you get the best out of each and every session.
